The Vitamix also prepares my favorite vegan dessert, a sort of vegan ice cream/milkshake made out of frozen bananas, frozen fruit, and soy milk. While this may just be a smoothie going by a different name, I am able to get it so thick sometimes it is near impossible to distinguish it from the consistency of ice cream.
It seems like there is now a vegan alternative to every product on the market. Of course soy milk is one of the most widely consumed plant alternative product on the market. Problem is, soy milk from the store is gross.
If you actually like soy milk from the store, sorry. Soy milk from the store tastes chalky, while still being watery at the same time. Not to mention all the additives and preservatives in soy milk from the store. All in all, soy milk simply is unacceptable to be paying high prices for.
Making soy milk from home is one of the most liberating experiences there are. Growing up I was of the mindset that you had to go to the store to buy milk, having a cow would be silly. In all honesty, I had no idea making soy milk at home was even possible. With a Soy Milk Maker, I finally found a quality glass of soy milk.
Homemade soy milk tastes great. It comes out thick and creamy. You can choose to actually drink it hot right after preparing the drink, or you can refrigerate it for later use. Preparing a batch of soy milk takes less than an hour. Cleanup of these devices is simple too.

Beyond counter top spiralizers, there exists handheld spiral cutters and Julienne Peelers. These devices cost a bit less than the counter top versions, but can not handle bulk spiralizing as well.
Juicing is one of the most popular health improving programs out there. Personally, I have never been a huge fan of juicing, but many vegans love it.
Consuming more fruits and vegetables is always a good thing, and a juicer certainly helps this out. Of particular use for a juicer, I like juicing root vegetables like carrots and beets most of all. Leafy green vegetables and celery are also super foods that juice well.
Choose between masticating juicers and centrifugal juicers. For anyone interested in juicers, centrifugal juicers are best to start off with. Serious juicers are best off with masticating juicers.
Rounding out the list is the humble dehydrator. What most people do not realize are the wealth of tasks a dehydrator can accomplish.
Ever heard of kale chips? Those are best made in dehydrators with fresh kale. Dried fruit? You can make your own banana, kiwi, and apple chips at home with your own dehydrator. Want to preserve your garden harvest without having to pressure can? Dehydrators make drying all kinds of fruits and vegetables simple for long term storage.
Dehydrators are of special interest to raw vegans out there. All sorts of special treat can be made with a dehydrator while still remaining under the magic 112-118 degree Fahrenheit temperature range. Flax crackers, dehydrated coconut meat, and raw vegan desserts are only possible to make in a dehydrator.
